Leading workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives, the full-time Manager, Business Insights will develop staffing models and partner with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives Partner cross-functionally to communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners Research key business problems and proactively identify potential enterprise solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, statistics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics, or IT, preferably in healthcare or consulting Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption Working knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or SAS Experience in organizational performance management or change management preferred
