Business Execution Consultant - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.This role acts as a liaison between business lines and technology partners to deliver complex automated solutions. The ideal candidate will support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) and AI/Gen-AI strategies with business needs, manage the automation backlog, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between lines of business and technology partners to solve complex business problems with automated solutionsSupport the business in aligning Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with technology and business strategiesSupport the development of the automation analysis and design methodology, including policies, procedures, tools, and artifactsWork with subject matter experts to comprehend business processes and translate them into clear user storiesCreate and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deploymentSupport automation testing and facilitate user acceptance testingConduct product demos and provide product acceptanceProactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, and issuesEnsure compliance with the client's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirementsIdentify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation optionsProvide in-depth analysis using interpretive and design thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutionsDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficienciesRequirements:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or educationStrong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with the ability to translate business needs to technical requirementsExperience leading and collaborating with Engineering teams to design and implement AI/Agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etcExperience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environmentsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software developmentFamiliarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work on-site in Charlotte 3 days per weekPay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
