Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 1 to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 1, you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables.
• Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within defined parameters.
• Provide information and support to client personnel involved in Business Execution processes.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

• At least 6 months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
• Knowledge of securities industry and securities processing/operations.
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
