Business Excellence Manager

To support a growing network of manufacturing plants, the full-time remote Business Excellence Manager will manage Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, mentor CI Managers, and lead strategic projects to enhance operational excellence. Key responsibilities Support the deployment and sustainment of Lean programs across all plants Design and deliver Lean Fundamentals training while mentoring CI Managers Lead and support strategic projects that impact multiple plants, tracking project status and effectiveness using KPIs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations Certified Six Sigma Black or equivalent preferred Experience training and mentoring leaders in Lean techniques Proven experience leading network-wide Lean transformation initiatives
