Key responsibilities Conduct 50-minute coaching sessions over Zoom, tailoring content to each learner's professional needs Provide actionable post-session feedback and track learner progress to adjust coaching paths Engage with learners on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and professional writing specific to business contexts Required qualifications Four or more years of experience in 1:1 business or executive English coaching for working professionals Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or Business Communication, or equivalent professional experience Strong command of English pronunciation and professional writing conventions Ability to model General American English pronunciation and idiomatic business usage Availability for regular sessions during JST business hours
