We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our in-office Sales team.

This is not a role focused simply on checking the box on activity. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn disciplined outbound prospecting into meaningful conversations, qualified meetings, active opportunities, and measurable pipeline .

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of:

Consistently executing high-volume outbound prospecting

Connecting with decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers

Converting outreach into qualified meetings and opportunities

Building and managing a healthy prospect pipeline

Handling objections, rejection, and longer sales cycles with persistence

🤝 Partnering effectively with Account Executives and Sales leadership

Maintaining strong follow-up, CRM discipline, and accountability for next steps

We want someone who can speak confidently about their results — not just how many calls they made, but the conversations created, meetings generated, opportunities developed, and pipeline influenced.
