This role functions as a member of the firmwide Client Development (CDEV) team, under the guidance of the Regional BD Manager and may be a strong fit for someone currently working as a marketing coordinator, proposal coordinator, client service coordinator, project coordinator, or early-career BD professional who is ready to grow into a more externally facing business development role.You'll help strengthen TBG's presence in the Houston market by supporting client outreach, tracking opportunities, coordinating follow-up, and helping the team execute local business development priorities. Providing a consistent local presence in the Houston market; regional travel involvedRequirements:5–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, client service, proposal coordination, or related professional services experience; Houston based AEC experience preferred.Knowledge of the Houston market, and strategic understanding of business development.
