We are looking for someone with exceptional customer relation skills and an exceptional attitude! Candidate must possess effective communication skills, have a strong customer service and/or sales background, and excellent organizational skills.
Position includes lead management, inbound and outbound calls, and appointment booking and confirmation. Previous experience in a call center and/or automotive franchise is beneficial but not required.
