Business Development Sourcing SpecialistThe Business Development Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying new locum tenens opportunities with healthcare facilities nationwide. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship development, and pipeline generation to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable engaging decision-makers in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source new locum tenens opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market researchIdentify and engage key decision-makers (e.g., medical directors, practice managers, HR leaders, credentialing teams)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunitiesConduct initial needs assessments to understand facility staffing gaps and timelinesCollaborate with recruiters and account managers to align candidates with client needsTrack all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (e.g.
