Position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to identify new profitable opportunities, support customer programs, and expand our presence in key strategic markets including aerospace, defense, and high-performance manufacturing.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business related fields, or equivalent industry experience;5 years' industrial, manufacturing, sales/marketing experienceExperience in Aerospace, Defense, Industrial areas, with metals experienceStrong technical / mechanical aptitudeLeadership desire and growth potentialMotivation to grow in a dynamic field with a great organizationAbility to travel nationally and internationallyEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
