* Contact dormant accounts and inquire about customers' training needs
* Ensure that customer profiles have accurate contact information
* Execute corporate marketing strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service when interacting customers
* Plan and organize daily work schedule
* Other related duties
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication skills required
* Solid time management and organizational skills
* Highly motivated and completion driven
* Applicant must be able to commute to Saranac Lake on a daily basis
