Every project is architect-led. The person who scopes the work leads the build, backed by a bench of senior contractors. Clients come to us because they're tired of being sold by a senior and handed to juniors.
We've grown steadily through referrals and partner work. You'd be the first hire focused on new business.
What you'll do
- Fixed-scope Salesforce launches: Sales, Service, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience and Financial Services Cloud
- Org health checks for teams whose Salesforce grew messy
- Monthly managed services for ongoing support
- Custom AI agents, MCP servers and AWS integrations
- Overflow delivery for other Salesforce consultancies
You're a fit if you have
- 2-4 years in an SDR, BDR or AE role, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem
- A track record of booking qualified meetings through cold and warm outreach
- A clear picture of how Salesforce deals work and who buys them
- Clear, concise written outreach. Most of your work is email and LinkedIn
- The discipline to work 15-20 hours a week independently
Compensation
- $2,000-5,000/month base
- 10% commission on first-year revenue from deals you source
- Bonus per qualified meeting held
- 90-day trial with clear targets, then ongoing
