We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will be responsible for generating quality leads as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be persuasive and committed to achieving business goals.
- Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Assess or create opportunities for NB’s products. Qualify prospects and systematically introduce sales to engage further.
- Seed ideas and tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention to NB.
- Attend industry events and educational workshops as required.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Regularly update the CRM system.
- Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Create target account lists based on ICP.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Proven track record in handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Experience in SaaS is required.
- Knowledge and experience of the US market segment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Working Hours:
- Aligned with US time zone (5 pm to 2 am IST).
- 8-hour shift per day.
- Monday to Friday.
