Business Development & Support SpecialistLeadVenture is looking for a Business Development & Support Specialist to join our ThumbStopper team in Tampa, Florida! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping retailers connect with brand programs by guiding them through enrollment and social media integration. You'll be on the front lines engaging dealers, offering support, and ensuring smooth setup of their Facebook Business Pages through our ThumbStopper platform. Employees are expected to be onsite Monday through Friday, with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.Here's What You'll Be Doing:Conduct outreach via phone and email to onboard retailers into brand social programsAssist retailers in enrolling and connecting their accounts, including linking Facebook Business PagesEnsure product tiers are correctly set and maintainedRespond to retailer inquiries through assigned support tickets, ensuring resolution within 1 business dayUtilize tools such as ThumbStopper Central Command, Salesforce, and HubSpot to manage retailer accountsComplete a minimum of 10 support tickets weeklyRe-establish and maintain connectivity for retailers' Facebook pagesCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, tech, and executive leadershipActively participate in scheduled meetings, team conversations, and Slack communicationMaintain a collaborative presence within team tools and systemsKey Performance Indicators:250 retailer outgoing phone calls per week10 retailer enrollments per day10 support tickets completed weeklyTimely resolution of accounts with connectivity issuesYou'll Thrive in This Role If You:Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing rolePossess strong verbal and written communication skillsAre detail-oriented and highly organizedCan prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressureAre coachable, adaptable, and able to work independentlyHave a proven ability to build and maintain client relationshipsAre proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Salesloft, and other CRM toolsCan meet clearly defined performance goalsEducation & Experience:High school diploma requiredExperience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales-enablement tools is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presencePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to lift 10+ pounds occasionallyWho is LeadVenture?LeadVenture is the market-leading SaaS provider of digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing and eCatalog solutions for dealerships across 12 industry verticals including powersports, marine, RV, pre-owned auto, agriculture and more.
