About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our pipeline of new business. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for flexible, part-time sales experience. You'll be given messaging and talking points to guide your outreach — your job is to make connections, generate interest, and keep our records organized and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to new business leads using messaging and talking points provided by our team (phone, email, and/or in-person outreach)
• Research and identify new potential leads and prospects to expand our pipeline
• Log all outreach, conversations, and lead details accurately in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads in a timely, professional manner
• Track outreach progress and report results to the team on a regular basis
• Represent our company professionally in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Available for flexible part-time hours; entry-level, currently pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, or business development
• Comfortable making outreach calls, sending emails, or speaking with people directly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
• Comfortable learning and using a CRM system (training provided)
• Based in or near Raleigh, NC and able to work in person
• No prior sales experience required — just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
