Business Development Representative (Pharmacy Ambassador) - Certified Pharmacy Technician

We’re looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join us as a Part‑Time Business Development Representative (Pharmacy Ambassador). This role is perfect for a pharmacy technician who enjoys connecting with peers, showcasing innovative solutions, and making an impact in their community — while earning additional income.

What You’ll Do

• Visit or call local pharmacies to introduce ShiftPosts.
• Build relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and pharmacy staff.
• Highlight the value of the ShiftPosts app and confidently demonstrate how the platform works, both virtually and in person.
• Take shifts in your local area through ShiftPosts to stay connected to real‑world pharmacy practice.
• Identify new business opportunities and track pharmacy sign‑ups.
• Support pharmacy engagement through local events, social media, and user‑generated content strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in the U.S. (required).
• Strong understanding of community, retail, or independent pharmacy operations.
• Prior experience working per diem, floater, or relief shifts (a plus).
• Outgoing, strong communicator, comfortable with technology.
