About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join a growing primary mental health PHP/IOP treatment program in South Florida. The ideal candidate is well-connected within the behavioral health community and has established referral relationships throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with behavioral health professionals, hospitals, therapists, and community partners.
- Generate qualified referrals for PHP/IOP mental health treatment services.
- Expand market presence through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to drive census growth.
Qualifications
- Prior business development experience in the behavioral health treatment industry required.
- Established referral relationships in Palm Beach and Broward Counties strongly preferred.
- Experience with out-of-network (OON) treatment programs highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of PHP/IOP levels of care and the mental health treatment landscape.
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently.
