Mankato, MN | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + Mileage Reimbursement

Doherty Staffing Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Mankato team. In this role, you'll develop new client partnerships, grow existing accounts, and help businesses solve workforce challenges. What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, social media, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with decisionmakers, influencers, and key stakeholders
• Conduct client meetings to identify workforce needs and present staffing solutions
• Grow and retain existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Develop territory plans, sales forecasts, and business growth strategies
• Participate in local business, professional, and community organizations to increase market presence
• Conduct workplace safety assessments and client presentations
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
