Business Development Representative (Fully Remote)

• Run outbound across email, phone, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm intros.
• Make cold calls and qualify the first conversation yourself.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off with context.

What We're Looking For:

• You use AI beyond drafting emails and handle high-volume outbound.
• Rejection doesn't bother you and you're comfortable with executives.
• You find crypto interesting enough to follow on your own time.

Compensation & Growth:

• Base salary of $60k-$70k with uncapped OTE up to $110k.
• Work directly with sellers and leadership.
