Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults.
Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. The hospital is easily accessible off the Southwest Freeway near the Galleria.West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time Business Development Representative to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated target markets that will generate desired utilization of the facility's continuum of care and allow the facility management access to the needs of our communities.Job duties include:Develop and implement strategic referral account management plans that support the facility marketing plan.Adhere to the account management plan and complete duties assigned therein.Maintain documentation associated with account management activities.Implement Customer Oriented selling process in daily account management activity.Establish consistent contact with potential referral sources.Assist the director of the department and other team members in carrying out other marketing activities.Support and emulate high customer service standards internally and externally.Participate in clinical orientation to units and/or programs and stay abreast of service changes that may be important to facility customer base.Participate in the facility marketing/referral development meetings.Work flexible scheduling on evenings and weekends as assigned to meet the referral development needs of the facility.Support the facility public relations campaign.Obtain and provide facility management with up to date information about changes in the market and the competition.Other duties as assignedBenefit highlights include:Loan Forgiveness ProgramChallenging and rewarding work environmentCompetitive compensation & generous paid time offExcellent medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans401(k) with company match and discounted stock planSoFi student loan refinancing programCareer development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiariesPet insuranceQualifications:Education required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, counseling or related field.
