- Engage with potential customers face-to-face in assigned locations
- Prospect and generate new business through in-person outreach
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs on the spot

- Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
- Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach strategies

- 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or people-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people

- Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to work outdoors or on your feet for extended periods
