This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls, lead generation, prospecting, CRM maintenance, and business development. The role is critical in expanding our customer base and establishing initial relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the safety and security industry and/or experience in education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field
