ABA Business Development RepresentativeMajestic Care ABA is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven ABA Business Development Representative to help expand access to ABA services throughout Colorado. This is a highly field-based position focused on developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing community awareness of ABA services, and generating qualified client referrals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ABA industry, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.Location: ColoradoJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus + vehicle allowanceResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, psychologists, healthcare providers, social workers, community organizations, and other ABA referral sourcesConduct regular in-person visits to referral sources throughout your assigned Colorado territoryEducate referral partners about ABA services, eligibility, treatment models, and the referral processIdentify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase qualified client referralsBuild and maintain a consistent outreach schedule and pipeline of prospective referral relationshipsFollow up regularly with existing and prospective referral partners to strengthen long-term relationshipsRepresent the organization at networking events, conferences, health fairs, school events, community events, and other professional gatheringsConduct presentations, informational sessions, lunch-and-learns, and other educational outreach activities for referral partnersDistribute company-provided marketing materials and resources to appropriate referral sources and community partnersWork closely with intake, clinical, and operations teams to ensure referral partners receive timely and accurate informationTrack outreach activities, contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and business development opportunities using company systemsMonitor referral trends and community needs to identify opportunities for growth within the Colorado marketProvide regular updates to leadership regarding outreach activity, referral opportunities, market feedback, and relationship developmentRepresent the organization professionally and serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for ABA services in the communityQualificationsWorking knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is requiredPrevious experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, community outreach, provider relations, or a related field preferredExperience working in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, healthcare, education, or pediatric services strongly preferredStrong understanding of the ABA referral process and the types of professionals and organizations that may refer clients for ABA servicesExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsConfident communicating with healthcare professionals, school administrators, therapists, physicians, and community partnersSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day supervisionStrong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunitiesComfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and other business technologyAbility to represent the organization professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality when discussing clients and servicesValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle requiredAbility to travel throughout an assigned Colorado territory four days per weekBenefits$60,000 annual base salary + performance-based bonus$200 monthly vehicle allowanceReimbursement for approved business-related expensesCompany-provided computerMarketing materials and outreach resources providedOpportunity to build a professional network within Colorado's ABA, healthcare, education, and behavioral health communitiesCareer growth opportunities within a growing ABA organizationAbout Majestic Care ABAMajestic Care ABA is a growing, mission-driven ABA organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism and their families build meaningful skills, greater independence, and fulfilling lives.
