The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who understands the unique needs of the property restoration industry and thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, and other key decision-makersEducate prospective clients on SERVPRO's restoration and cleaning services, emphasizing our rapid response, professionalism, and reliabilityConduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long-term partnershipsAttend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local association meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leadsMaintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress using CRM/marketing softwareProvide consistent territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to managementAchieve and exceed sales goals in your assigned territorySocial Media ManagementQualifications:2+ years of Sales and Marketing Representative required, preferably in restoration, property management, commercial services, or insurance-related industriesProven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships, especially with property managers and insurance professionalsStrong organizational and communication skillsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independentlyBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Skills & Physical Requirements:Comfortable working in the field and engaging clients face-to-faceCapable of lifting and carrying marketing materials or equipment as neededMust be able to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable law)Familiarity with property restoration or mitigation services a plusAdditional Information:Each SERVPRO® franchise is independently owned and operated. Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
