An established and growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients is seeking a proven business development professional to drive new client growth and play a meaningful role in the firm’s continued expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Build and close relationships with HNW prospective clients
- Own the full prospect-to-close process and drive new AUM
- Build a self-generated pipeline and professional referral relationships
- Leverage firm marketing resources, events, and inbound opportunities
- Represent the firm through networking and conferences
What’s Offered
- $120,000-125,000 base + performance-based compensation tied to AUM, including a three-year trial

What You Bring
- 3+ years of wealth management or financial-services business development experience
- Proven success generating and closing new business
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree; CFP or MBA a plus
- Must be within a 45-minute commute to Miami, FL
