We are especially proud to give back to our community and truly enjoy one another's company.Job TitleThis position is responsible for managing a pipeline of loans and train all clients on Acra Lending products and guidelines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain productive relationships with mortgage lendersTrain clients on all facets of Acra products and underwriting guidelinesOriginate and review loans with internal partners to move loan originations from submissions to purchased loansCommunicate with lender clients to ensure proper and timely workflowReturn all calls and emails dailyManage a pipeline of loans on a daily basisMeet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with Acra guidelines along with statutory/regulatory requirements while fulfilling continuing education requirementsCollaborate and innovate to drive continuous improvementHandle all situations in a professional and ethical mannerOther duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to create and maintain high level relationshipsWant to work in the most progressive sector in the industryWant to work with a dedicated and energetic back-end team dedicated to your successComfortable presenting to large groups in personHigh school diplomaPrior correspondent mortgage experienceExperience in contacting high level secondary market or origination executivesLanguage SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
