Family-friendly business, longstanding history.Hybrid work schedule, must reside in greater Tulsa, OK areaSupport existing OEM/MRO customers with heavy focus on generating new business across defense & commercial aerospace & aviationExisting customers include major aerospace OEMs, defense programs, and Tier 1 suppliers (military fixed wing, composites, fabricated structures)Individual contributor role with opportunity to build and scale the commercial functionVertically integrated build-to-print manufacturer of composite & metal bonding (doors, wing panels, landing gear, panels, flaps, etc)Base salary target $170K-$180K + $15k bonus + relocation + excellent benefits**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**Generate business opportunities with new and existing customersMaintain a constant flow of RFQs and RFPs for the sales pipelineSupport estimating activities with customer follow-up on in-process and submitted quotes and proposalsEstablish a three-year strategic and tactical sales plan and forecast, with year-over-year growth targetsDevelop long-term strategic relationships across the customer organization, from buyers to decision makersDevelop customer-specific PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials in close collaboration with program and business development personnelBuild Capture Plans for strategic target programs, part numbers, and customersRepresent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and servicesLead the sales process across multiple departments, with a focus on core competency programs and parts; provide market and target pricing inputs when availableMaintain current awareness of industry intelligence, new programs, customer news, new technology, new requirements, and aircraft platform production ratesQualifications**Experience and Education**Minimum 10 years of sales experience in aerospace manufacturing, strong sales growth experienceFamiliarity with government and industry regulations and portals a plus, including FARs, DFARs, FAA, SAM, JCP, and similarWhy is This a Great Opportunity$10B parent company, small family-feel business $15MLots of room to help this longstanding business grow, great culture and environment
