You'll be out in the community meeting insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, business owners, and local partners - building trust, creating opportunities, and helping us become the go-to restoration company across Northern Monmouth County. If you're naturally outgoing, motivated, organized, and energized by connecting with people, and know how to deliver results, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be Doing:Building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, realtors, and commercial partnersAttending networking events, trade shows, chamber events, and community functionsCreating new business opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and in-person meetingsRepresenting SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel in the local marketHelping coordinate events, promotions, sponsorships, and marketing campaignsTracking activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRMWorking closely with leadership and operations to deliver an excellent customer experienceWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role:You're confident starting conversations and building relationshipsYou're driven, competitive, and motivated by growthYou're organized and follow through consistentlyYou're comfortable hearing "no" and staying persistentYou enjoy being out in the field and meeting peopleYou're professional, personable, and reliableExperience We're open to different backgrounds, including:Outside salesHospitalityEvent coordinationRecruitingMarketingCustomer-facing rolesRecent college graduates with leadership, internship, athletics, or networking experienceRestoration experience is a plus but not required.
