**Remote | Full-time or Part-Time Available**
We are a growing affiliate network focused on lead generation campaigns mainly home services, insurance, but work along education, sweeps, final expense, health, etc.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to find and recruit advertisers, lead buyers, agencies, and strategic partners. You’ll handle outreach, sales calls, negotiations, and campaign launches while working directly with the founder.
**What You’ll Do
* Find and recruit new advertisers and lead buyers
* Build relationships through email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry communities
* Lead sales calls and negotiate campaign terms
* Help launch campaigns and grow existing accounts
* Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up
**What We’re Looking For
* Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation
* Familiarity with CPC, CPL, CPA, pay-per-call, or ping/post campaigns
* Experience/knowledge in home services or insurance is strongly preferred
* Strong English communication and sales skills
* Comfortable working independently with world wide partners
* Existing industry relationships are a major plus
Experience with platforms such as Everflow, TUNE, CAKE, Ringba, and/or other tracking platforms is helpful!
