Business Development ManagerMequon, WIJoin our team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in building relationships, solving customer challenges, and identifying new opportunities for growth. In this position, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to develop solutions, expand business opportunities, and help drive the continued success of Hayes Performance Systems.What You Will Do:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visitsPartner with customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that support their goalsServe as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process, from initial discussions through project launchIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted marketsGrow market share by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing partnershipsMonitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategic growth initiativesWork closely with engineering, program management, and internal teams to develop proposals and support new business opportunitiesCoordinate internal resources to provide quotations, technical support, and project updatesCollaborate with customer engineering and technical teams to support product specifications and performance requirementsWhat We Look For:Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales experienceStrong relationship-building and customer management skillsAbility to identify new business opportunities and drive account growthExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience consideredWillingness to travel approximately 25–30%Bonus: Familiarity with braking systems, mobile equipment, chassis components, or other engineered productsExperience supporting powersports, agriculture, construction, industrial, or automotive marketsReady to Join Our Team?
