Business Development Manager (Mandarin Required)
Responsibilities :
Mergers and Acquisitions : Identify potential M&A opportunities and lead negotiations to successful closures
Agency Experience : Leverage existing agency relationships to expand our client base and market reach
Local Market Understanding : Analyze and interpret local market architectures to inform strategic decisions
Project Coordination : Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time
Communication : Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Flexibility : Adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs with agility
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specifically in mergers and acquisitions
Proven agency experience with a track record of successful client acquisitions
Strong understanding of local market structures and dynamics
Exceptional coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
