Business Development ManagerLocation: Florida, FL, US South Carolina, SC, US Duluth, GA, US We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of Barco Healthcare's imaging technologies across hospitals and healthcare systems. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance by building strong customer relationships and effectively demonstrating technical solutions to clinical stakeholders. You will play an active role in managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while clearly communicating the value of our solutions to key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate Barco Healthcare's imaging technologies at hospitals, health systems, and end-user accountsAchieve regional sales targets and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cyclePerform product demonstrations at clinical sites, highlighting clinical, operational, and financial benefitsCommunicate the company's value proposition effectively to key stakeholders, including Directors and Chiefs of Radiology, Clinical IT, and Purchasing teamsProspect and evaluate opportunities, conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and support customers through purchasing decisionsBuild new customer relationships while maintaining and developing existing accountsPresent technical product features, benefits, and attributes to different healthcare audiencesProvide sales support to value-added resellers, distributors, integrated solution providers, and OEM partnersDevelop and execute regional business plans, including strategic account segmentationYour Profile:Experience in healthcare IT and capital equipment sales is preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in a complex sales environmentExperience engaging with physicians as part of a sales processProven and documented track record of achieving sales targetsFamiliarity with CRM systemsFormal sales training (e.g.
