This position will focus on building relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners while developing new markets for materials such as shingles, compost, tires, cardboard, and household hazardous waste.
Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying innovative recycling solutions, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to improve operations and expand services.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or project management.
Experience with recyclable commodities and CRM platforms is preferred.
