Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with hiring leaders and decision-makers. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Ferretti Search's client base and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
- Conduct client meetings to understand organizational hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Present and promote Ferretti Search's recruiting and staffing solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records within CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
