Business Development Leader

Senior Business Development Leader – Banking & Financial Services

We are looking for a senior, revenue-focused Business Development / Sales Leader with 15+ years of experience in Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Corporate Payments, Transaction Banking or enterprise technology consulting sales.

The role will focus on originating and closing net-new business and large, complex technology, consulting and digital transformation engagements with banks and financial institutions across the US.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years in enterprise sales, business development, consulting sales or strategic account growth
• Strong experience selling into Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Corporate Payments, Transaction Banking, Treasury & Cash Management
• Proven hunter mentality with experience acquiring net-new logos
• Track record of originating and closing $5M–$50M+ complex, multi-year deals
• Established C-suite relationships across Tier 1–3 banks, FinTechs, Credit Unions and payment companies
• Experience selling enterprise platforms, digital transformation, cloud, AI, data modernization and managed services
• Strong understanding of modern payments and transaction banking themes such as ISO 20022, Real-Time Payments, Embedded Finance/BaaS, Cross-Border Payments, Treasury, Liquidity Management and API-led banking
• Experience from leading consulting / technology consulting firms such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Grant Thornton or simi lar organizations is preferred
• Strong executive communication, negotiation and end-to-end pursuit management skills
