Onsite Contract Management & Operations

DaDa Travel is a bespoke travel agency based in the UAE. We design tailored journeys

for a high-net-worth clientele, built around culture, gastronomy, and art rather than

standard itineraries. Every trip is put together by a team of passionate travel advisers, with access and expertise that doesn't come from a booking engine.

DaDa Travel is entering the US market. The job is not to adapt our Russian-speaking pipeline

for the US — it's to build a channel of US-based clients from scratch: HNW audience, high-end

custom trips, hotel bookings. This person leads the direction end to end, rather than executing a

Responsibilities:

  • Market-entry strategy: segmentation of the American audience, positioning, and a value proposition built for them — not a repackaging of what we run today.
  • Sourcing and onboarding partners: local agents, concierge services, hotel programs, and platforms that reach HNW families.
  • Setting up sales channels around how Americans actually buy travel — not around what's convenient for us.
  • Legal and operational setup where needed: registering a US entity, payment infrastructure, contracts.
  • Producing: assembling the contractors, partners, and channels a task requires and driving it to a result.

What we are looking for:

  • English and Russian at a native or near-native level
  • A strong producer — able to build a process from zero: find the people, find the channels, make the deals, launch. Not a task manager, but someone who builds.
  • An understanding of how US-based clients buy travel — through whom and where it happens: travel advisors, referral networks, parent and school communities, local chats, closed groups of affluent families — and the ability to get inside them.
  • Unconventional thinking — the hypothesis that recommendations move through building group chats shouldn't faze this person; it should be a natural line of thought. They generate channels like this themselves and test them.

Additional expertise:

  • Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services, or in selling to an HNW audience.
  • An active network of US contacts: partners, hotels, communities.
  • Experience launching a product or business in the US market from scratch.
  • An understanding of the family luxury segment.

Candidate profile:

An entrepreneur by mindset, not a hired executor. Comfortable in ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists. Bilingual with genuine fluency in both cultures — understands how an affluent US-based client differs from a Russian-speaking one in how they choose and how they come to trust. Sells through expertise and relevance, not pressure. Able to work autonomously in a different market and time zone, and to report back a clear picture on a regular basis: what's working, what isn't, and where we go next.
