You will be the face of our restoration company, responsible for securing consistent project flow from insurance agents, property managers, and plumbing companies. This is not a "desk job"—it is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone who can build trust rapidly and close the deal.Benefits include a base salary plus performance based commission structure with no cap, top performers in this industry typically earn between $97,000 and $200,000+ annually.
