Business Development Director– Ccrc ServicesThe Business Development Director– CCRC Services drives census growth across Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Skilled Nursing. This role is primarily externally focused and is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies, cultivating referral relationships, and generating qualified leads across all service lines in accordance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations. Reports to the Executive Director.Education and ExperienceMust have a bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, business, or related field or equivalent experienceMust have at least three (3) years of successful healthcare, senior living, or business development experienceExperience across multiple levels of care (IL, AL, LTC, Skilled) preferredSpecific RequirementsMust have reliable transportation and be willing to travel extensivelyMust have a valid driver's license in current state with satisfactory driving recordMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookMust demonstrate strong networking and relationship-building skillsMust possess ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisionsMust understand urgency to build referral pipelines and drive occupancyMust demonstrate effective follow-through and follow-up with referral sources and leadsMust demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalismMust maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informationMust follow company policies including compliance and ethical standardsMust demonstrate an outgoing, energetic approachable personalityMust have proficient knowledge in field of practiceMust be knowledgeable of business development practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing business development functions in the post-acute care facilityEssential FunctionsMust be able to plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate business development programsMust be able to drive external sales efforts to meet occupancy goalsMust be able to balance priorities across IL, AL, LTC, and SkilledMust be able to conduct tours and presentations as neededMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust practice regular and predictable attendanceMust follow company policies including safety, confidentiality, and complianceMust be able to function independently and exercise sound judgmentMust be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and move intermittentlyMust be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
