Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary: $65,000–$80,000
A top-ranked and highly reputable national law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its growing business development and marketing team

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business development and marketing projects from planning through completion
- Help organize client events, webinars, sponsorships, dinners, and receptions
- Prepare customized pitches, presentations, and RFP responses
- Coordinate Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, and other award submissions
- Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, competitors, and market trends
- Maintain attorney biographies, practice descriptions, experience lists, and marketing materials
- Draft internal and external communications, newsletters, announcements, and social media content
- Build strong working relationships with attorneys and serve as a reliable business development resource
- Maintain referral, mailing list, experience, and business development data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or professional services
- Law firm experience preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with legal directories, rankings, pitches, proposals, or events is a plus
