Location: New York City – Financial District (Manhattan)
Compensation:
- $52,000 combined base + uncapped commission + bonuses + incentives

Realistic Earnings:
- Year 1: $70–80k
- Year 2: $85–100k
- Year 3: $125k+

What you’ll be doing
This is a sales-first role with a strong focus on business development. You will:
- Proactively win new clients through cold calling and outreach
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Source and place candidates within the data & analytics market
- Own the full recruitment process end-to-end
- Work towards clear KPIs and revenue targets
