Key responsibilities Conduct business and financial analysis projects supporting clinical program development and strategic capital investments Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to identify trends and impacts on business performance Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for management, highlighting key decisions and risks associated with initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field Three years of experience in financial and data analysis, business operations, or project management in the health or life sciences sector Knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is preferred Experience with clinical and financial enterprise systems such as Epic and SAP, as well as data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI, is preferred
