We have developed some exciting AI solutions that create operational efficiency and generate tangible business value.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate starting in June 2026, to support our sales and growth initiatives in both EPM and AI. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and assist in expanding the company's market presence. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunitiesFind relevant contacts in defined positionsGenerate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and research, including on social mediaSchedule and participate in meetings, presentations, and product demonstrationsAssist in developing business development plansBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clientsSupport proposal preparation, contracts, and negotiation processesMonitor industry trends, competitors, and market developmentsCollaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation effortsTrack performance metrics and prepare business development reportsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldDegree, experience or interest in Computer Science and / or AI is a plus1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plusStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships and influence decision-makersStrong research and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset
