This is an essential position in our company and will play a significant role in converting business development initiatives into new business with focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
This individual will be outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with customers and fellow peers.Field incoming calls for necessary action, feed contact into toe manager for BD follow-upMaintain a positive and professional business relationship with prospects and clientsGain insight into the customer's organization, processes, and needs to better serve the customerMaster the understanding of complex customer programs and requirementsBe a champion at resolving customer complaintsReact proactively to idle issues impacting Business Development initiatives and customer satisfactionPrepare quotations and sales bids timely and accuratelyCollaborate with Operations, by acting as the customer advocate.Track orders and shipmentsAssist with administrative management, supplies inventory and storage as directedAll other duties assigned by the VP of Business DevelopmentQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years of successful Business Development experienceEffective use of informational systems (ERP, MS Word/Excel)Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
