Synchron has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Analyst to support the corporate organization to assist with proposal capture and working to develop writing relating to NAVSEA opportunities for Synchron and its Business Development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the company's NAVSEA acquisition and engineering capture initiatives.
- Assist in proposal capture for NAVSEA opportunities
- Develop competitive proposals and support business development practices and processes
Education and Experience Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- DoD/DoW SECRET Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 20 years of professional experience related to NAVSEA ship and mission systems.
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
- Proven track record in capture and proposal management; extensive Navy initiative experience
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, small business environment
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Understanding of Navy system commands and acquisition processes
Work Location: Hybrid Remote, Washington, D.C.
Travel: Less than 5%
