Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Data & Analytics organizations.
- Strong hands-on SQL expertise, including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Business Process Modeling.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail, Restaurant, QSR, or Multi-unit Operations environments.
- Knowledge of POS, Supply Chain, Labor, or Loyalty data systems.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data architecture discussions.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendor teams.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar solutions for analysis and productivity.
