To support data-driven decision-making, the contract Business Data Analyst will build and maintain reporting tools, analyze business data, and produce performance reports while working flexibly from home in Alpharetta, GA. Key responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track data and define KPIs Collect, analyze, and report business data, producing monthly client performance reports Write queries and data transformation scripts to assist with process improvement and predictive modeling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, finance, or a related field; master's degree is a plus 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting, preferably in credit card, finance, or insurance industries Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI Strong analytical skills and a firm understanding of statistics and databases Experience with programming languages associated with data analytics, such as SQL and VBA
