Job TitleCandidate will be part of a team of individuals responsible for managing material master data in client’s 1ERP platform built on SAP S/4 HANA.Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in designing, testing and post Go-Live support for material master data management in Client’s 1ERP implementations including R15DLead material master related projects end-to-end and partner with client’s business and IT teamsRecommend user experience improvements and write business user stories for client’s IT teamsTroubleshoot material change requests and data replication issues independently in MDGEnsure material master data attributes are properly set up in both test and production environmentsRun weekly reports for data validation between SAP regions to ensure data accuracyProvide user community and management with key status reportsProvide end user support and troubleshoot issues related to legacy SAP systemsWork with sourcing to troubleshoot any system related issues for CCL contracted pricingManage the fallout from LIP (Line item pricing) process.Manage SAP ad hoc material master requests from end usersDrive buyer community and others to use department mailbox for any inquiries and manage mailbox to meet expectations.Determine appropriate coding (e.g. financial coding) and attributes for all new and updated Items within MDG to legacy systemsCandidate will not be considered if not located in one of the following locations: Irving, TXRequired SkillsBA or BS in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management or related fields6 plus years of experience working with SAP in the areas of master data management or supply chain or procurementProficient in SAPFunctional experience in SAP MDG, FIORI Applications and Data replication to underlying ERPs via SAPIDOC (Intermediate Document) FrameworkExperience working with external systems that interface with SAP MDG to create materialsCandidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead cross functional teamsStrong quantitative, analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.Strong data analysis, forensics, query experience with large amounts of data.Well organized, ability to work independently and results driven.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of Sales orders, Purchase orders that rely on clean material master dataExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong Project management skillsClose attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and multitasking with patience and gritDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications.In depth knowledge of wireless telecommunications industry, business and service providersQualification: Must Have: Enterprise Modules:SAP ECC: 1 yearsSAP Materials Management (MM): 1 yearsSAP MDG: 1 years
