Job TitleTargeted Years of Experience: 0 to 3 yearsResponsibilities:Consolidate multiple sources of repair forecast data for upload to third party systems and SAPAnalyze existing on hand repairable inventory in comparison to forecasted repair shipment needsUpload repair order information into OEM order management portalUpload manual ASN’s to SAP in cases where ASN data is not received from OEM’sSupport repair team in resolving shipping and receiving discrepancies for repair ordersExtract data from SAP and create ad hoc reporting as needed by the repair teamIdentify continuous improvement activities and eliminate non-value-added activitiesParticipate in regular Quality, Ops, and Continuous Improvement calls with client and OEMMining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.Manage creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to data content and timeliness constraints.Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metricsProvide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program or provider or client performance.Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each.Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant experienceExperience mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.Intermediate SQL Experience requiredExperience supporting Business Analysts with reporting preferredAnalyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust Have Skills (Most Important):Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.Good time management and Interpersonal skills.Experienced in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Desired Skills:Previous experience in order management or purchase order managementPrevious telecommunications backgroundand/or Operational management experienceExperience with SAPEducation or Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
