Business Continuity Director

To advance organizational resilience, the full-time remote Business Continuity and Risk Management Director will define enterprise strategies, establish governance frameworks, and lead risk management efforts while partnering with senior leaders to ensure operational stability during disruptive events. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the enterprise business continuity and risk management strategy to support organizational objectives Establish organizational standards and governance frameworks for continuity planning and crisis preparedness Lead enterprise risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or related disciplines Demonstrated experience in establishing enterprise-wide continuity or risk management frameworks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, CRISC, CISM, or PMP preferred Strong understanding of continuity and risk management frameworks including ISO 22301 and NIST
