We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Consultant, you will own business process, change management, and/or program management workstreams of transformational programs spanning software, AI agent, and business process redesign.What You'll DoLead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutionsSolve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insightsMentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstreamDrive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creationRequirementsExperience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Supply ChainAnalytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoningCommunication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholdersEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherNot a perfect match yet? Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
